Terms of Service

You must be 16 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.

ProSill provides order tracking, quotations, inquiries, drawings and media libraries, installer certification and warranty registration. Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice.

Basic use of ProSill is free. Paid features, if introduced, will be clearly priced before purchase.

You keep ownership of drawings, photos, videos and text you upload. You grant us a licence to host, display and transmit that content to the participants you share it with, and to generate translations and thumbnails needed to run the service.

You confirm you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content; do not attempt to access other users' orders; do not scrape, reverse engineer or overload the platform; do not upload files above the stated size limits.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Passing a ProSill installer exam certifies familiarity with our installation standards. It is not a government licence and does not replace local trade licensing requirements.

The 10-year warranty applies to products installed by a certified installer with an accepted installation record, subject to the warranty terms provided with the order.

Orders, quotes and installation work are contracts between you and the relevant factory, dealer or installer. ProSill provides the platform and record-keeping, and is not a party to those contracts.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate access for material breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
