Account Deletion

Open the Me tab → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion starts immediately.

Send a request from your registered email address to support@prosill.com with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

Deleted: your profile (name, email, phone, WhatsApp, avatar), notification tokens, activity logs, drafts and inquiries you created.

Retained: order and warranty records required as proof of the 10-year warranty and for tax/legal obligations. Your identifiers are removed from them where the record must remain for other participants.

Retention period for those records: up to 10 years from delivery, after which they are purged.
