Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, and role (customer, dealer, factory staff, installer).

Business content: orders, order numbers, project titles, drawings, photos, videos, messages and quotes you upload or exchange with other participants of an order.

Certification data: exam answers, results, installation videos and certificates issued to installers.

Location data: only the approximate service area (city / region) an installer or factory chooses to publish so nearby customers can find them. We do not track continuous device location in the background.

Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, pages visited and timestamps, used for security and product improvement.

To provide order tracking across the 7 production and delivery stages and notify the right participants.

To operate installer certification, issue warranty QR codes and honour the 10-year warranty programme.

To send transactional email or push notifications about your orders, inquiries and certifications. You can turn notifications off in the app.

To prevent abuse, debug failures and improve the service.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your business content for advertising.

Order content is visible only to participants of that order (customer, factory, forwarder, installer, invited collaborators) and platform administrators.

Public listings (installer or factory profiles you choose to publish, public showcase cases) are visible to anyone.

Service providers: cloud hosting and database, email delivery, push notification delivery and machine translation. They process data on our instructions only.

We disclose data to authorities only when required by applicable law.

ProSill serves users in China, the United States and other markets. Data may be stored and processed outside your country of residence. We apply contractual and technical safeguards for such transfers.

Order and warranty records are kept for the duration of the 10-year warranty period, because they are the evidence of coverage. Account data is kept while your account is active. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then purged automatically.

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Requests: support@prosill.com.

You can delete your account at any time — see the Account Deletion page. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal identifiers; shared order records remain visible to the other participants of those orders in anonymised form where legally required.

ProSill is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by row-level security rules so that each user only reaches their own orders, and administrative access is limited and logged.
